America The Beautiful

America the Beautiful!

The 4th of July in St. Louis was wonderful as we celebrated our freedoms, our opportunities and all of the delights of our city.  During the month of July at NextGen we are also taking the time to celebrate this wonderful melting pot that we call home, and the many extraordinary dimensions that having a diverse population provides.  We are also excited to endorse the St. Louis Mosaic Project. The Mosaic Project is a regional initiative that is professionally managed by St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, World Trade Center St. Louis and a 22-member committee.

The Mosaic project aims to be a cultural mosaic because it maintains that the community believes that immigrants invigorate our region, drive innovation and take us back to our roots. The St. Louis Mosaic Project’s goal is to transform St. Louis into the fastest growing metropolitan area for immigration by 2020 and promote regional prosperity through immigration and innovation.  It was launched in 2012 in response to an economic impact report, outlining St. Louis to be lagging in immigrant growth as well as highlighting the economic benefits of increasing its foreign-born population.

With these and other programs in mind, we at NextGen have taken an active approach in recruiting a worldwide diverse talent community, mirroring the changing face of America today.  We are very excited and proud to be a part of this as we expand our talent pool, and believe that this effort is good for all of our clients and our consultants in the field.

The Gateway to the West has truly become a Gateway of Opportunity in our industry and this has had such a positive effect for those looking for new career opportunities and for clients looking for great talent.  We have had an extraordinary year at NextGen.  We have added new clients, more consultants and staff.  We created some really exciting and innovative new programs.  We have developed new business partnerships and have made many new friends along the way.  It is has been a very dynamic time in our city.  Within all this NextGen has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards.  Recognition such as this can only be shared and is genuinely a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our consultants in the field and our staff.  We have much to be thankful for and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients, consultants, colleagues and friends for such dedication and hard work, we simply could never have gotten here without you or your support.  The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in St. Louis and at NextGen, evidenced by some recent recognition.  We wanted to share these accolades along with a sincere expression of our thanks!
