A Season of Thanks…



 
 
 
 
 


  As the holidays approach, the season is often a time of reflection for me.  I am incredibly grateful for all the good fortune and many blessings that we have experienced at NextGen this year.  It has been a time of growth, productivity and positive change.  With an expanded staff and innovative programs we have developed new business partnerships and client engagements -- certain to be successful for the long term.  As our city continues to emerge as a surprising hub for tech start-ups and career opportunities, we’ve accelerated our service offerings and taken on the challenge to bridge the talent gap in business and technology.  This has been an exciting time for St. Louis and our industry, and we are delighted to be a driving force in this changing landscape.  

  With so many new business opportunities, NextGen has continued to grow this year.  Our staff is a diverse and dedicated group.  As we often say in our office, “We take business seriously and make business seriously fun.”   I am happy to say that our office is a place where we support and learn from each other and embrace our differences and similarities.  I am especially thankful for our team who remain engaged in the workplace and who thrive in a competitive environment.  I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. 


  This year, in addition to our day-to-day business operations, we have enjoyed the privilege of being involved with numerous charitable organizations.  By donating our time and talent, we have been a part of something greater than just the dollars and cents of business and have gained new friendships and a fresh perspective.  With the opportunity to volunteer and support local charities, we have discovered the many great rewards that emerge from “giving back” and “paying it forward.”  Our community out-reach program also included a renewed commitment to St. Louis and the St. Louis business community.  We have been actively involved in supporting our business partners as we strive to make our city an even better place to live, work and play.  I am thrilled that our team has embraced this platform and the many powerful rewards that volunteering provides.  I am also thankful for the many new friends we’ve made and so appreciative of their commitment to the community.

  NextGen has recently been on the receiving end of numerous honors and awards.  We know that this recognition can only be achieved with the support from our clients, consultants and community partners – we could not have done it without you!   At NextGen, we believe behind that every business opportunity, every placement and every project engagement, there are real people working to make things happen. 

  On behalf of everyone at NextGen, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our friends, colleagues, clients and community partners who have supported our company and helped make this a successful year.
